Seeing the Timbermate putty reminded me of a Tassie Oak floor I installed in a PPOR in 2005. Like installing soak wells by hand it is a "once in a lifetime" job.

You obviously have a good skill set as the before and afters are impressive.
 
Tiles cemented down and awaiting grout. Because we are all living here it had to be quick set stuff.

Grouting done and still wiping down the excess.

All done and nice and shiny. I did add a couple of coats of sealer over the lot when the grout had properly cured.

The bath is still sitting in the back yard to be painted. It may or may not be put back in the bathroom. We seldom use the bath and its a struggle to bring a claw foot cast iron bath up 13 stairs.
