Shows what scum the agent is, looking at Rp Data they were advertising it as "Guide over $1,750,000". Obviously not a big deal in this case because its a developers site and is therefore a commercial transaction. However, what if it was a resi purchase and people go spend money on legals/building pest inspection, they would have never had a chance.

It would have been nice to know what the reserve was.

IMO the asking price should be the price the agent puts on the agency agreement which is the quoted price they tell the client to win the listing.
