House and Land in Lyndhurst??

I'm thinking about building with a house and land package through Metricon in Lyndurst, Mariot Waters area.
Does anyone have experiences with Metricon, good, bad....
Also what are your thoughts on Lyndhurst Mariot Waters estate, do you think it has a solid future for growth, is there anything I need to watch out for etc.

I've built with Metricon and wouldnt again. I've mentioned it on here before so a search should bring it up

We've just sold our PPOR in Lynbrook (just up the road from Mariott Waters) so know a little about that estate. Are you aware you have to pay additional yearly fees above council rates? Sort of like a body corp. Also not sure what the land sells for now but back when they first started releasing it it was rediculously overpriced. Was good for us though as it drove up Lynbrook prices
