House in Winston Hills OR Glenwood ?

G'day Guys,

Any thoughts on buying a 3 or 4 bedroom house or TH in Winston Hills OR Glenwood area? Any concerns or watch out points for these locations? We have a yr old baby so also considering area which is better for schooling and also not too quiet/leafy/lonely.

Hi Glen

If you can get an equivalent home for the same price, I would prefer Winston Hills over Glenwood any day. The schools are better, you have proximity to Parramatta and it is part of the Hills. However, I think homes in Glenwood are newer and therefore more appealing.
