How do you insert thumbnail pix in post?

Hi all,

I notice that a few are inserting thumbnail type pix within their post as opposed to the gallery. Could somebody please explain how? By the way I use a mac, don't know if this confuses things?

or are you talking about something different like your Avatar Picture thats found on the net and not in the Gallery?

You use the 'manage attachments' when you do your post. That lets you 'browse' for your picture in your hard drive, then you download it, and it appears. Very self explanatory. Has to be under 100kbs per jpeg so you also need to reduce the 'size' to meet that criteria.
