How much are river views worth?

I will be putting an inner city apartment on the market soon in Perth. There is another unit above mine (exact same layout, same orientation) in the same building currently on the market for $550k. The only different is that unit has river views but mine does not because it is obstructed by a low building in front.

I'll be getting agent appraisals but just wanted to get a general idea - how much extra would you be willing to fork out for river views?

Depends on the building to be honest, at that price point is it an Adelaide tce finbar 2x2?

If they are like for like then probably $20k for the views.

I think it very much depends on the value of houses, the area, and of course the views.

In Coorparoo nearby, there are four townhouses, two and two. First two have suburban (possibly city?) views. Ones behind have view into the back of the front two.

Front two (with suburban views (over the top of surrounding houses, nothing spectacular, but not looking into anybody's windows) sold for $720K and $729K (or thereabouts) and the back two sold for $690K(ish).
