I will be putting an inner city apartment on the market soon in Perth. There is another unit above mine (exact same layout, same orientation) in the same building currently on the market for $550k. The only different is that unit has river views but mine does not because it is obstructed by a low building in front.
I'll be getting agent appraisals but just wanted to get a general idea - how much extra would you be willing to fork out for river views?
