How to find if/where services connected?

I've found this property on 2 titles and would like to know if services have been connected to both title. Where does one go in the brisbane area to find out info on these services (water, sewarage, electricity, phone, etc).

Also, where would I look to see where the services run along the street (ie, right at front of property, across the road, etc)

Go to the nearest Brisbane City Council office. They will have all the info you need and I've always found the staff very helpful. You might have to pay a couple of dollars for printed plans, but the costs are very reasonable.
