Hi all,
I've only just started looking into property investment, and this forum is the most awesome place
As a start I am planning to get an cheap old unit that has reasonable rental yield , but I don't know how to find out the age of building (mainly so that I can factor in depreciation benefits) The contract seem to only show the date it was strata-ed. Where should I look?
Tony
