How to print Barcodes with other info on a 2up label

Hi All

Trying to get a program that will print a 2 up label with static data as headings for people to fill in their information and a sequential bar code printed in the right hand corner.

All the barcode print programs I am finding do just that print a bar code. They will do 2up and more up but just of the barcode and some top and bottom text.

I thought I could use this and do an overprint but the programs I have tried so far still don't allow me to move the barcode image to the side.

So does anybody know of a good barcode program that allows me to print more than just the bar code on a label?

I have already tried a few with no exact match on functionality but this product provided everything that was required.
