HTW August Report is available

Here's the latest HTW report which has interesting reading on new land releases.

If anyone can make sense of their view of where they think the cities are in their cycle I'd love to hear it (see chart attached); particuarly Adel, Melb & Bris all of which I think should be "Rising Market"

Aren't HTW mostly based in QLD? Makes sense for them to skew things their way.

I was very surprised by Melbourne's rating as 'peak of market'!

I'm pretty sure they reported it as 'rising market' last month, and my view is also that we are still in a 'rising market' in Melbourne.

Maybe inner, eastern and bayside Melbourne are nearing their peak though...and, it may not be very long before the ripple starts to have a more pronounced effect on middle/outer Melbourne...so, watch this space !
