thanks fiji is not in the fruit pickers group of islands or they would be included in that programme.
fiji is a bit of a different case as it is run by indian fijians and there are alot of other issues in that part of the islands.
I have a lot of contatcs there and they are relatively stable at this stage.
with our dream its not just our indigenous but its also the islands but there will be alot harder to do.
with regard to assisting well there is alot you can do without putting out a dollar.
as I have said I need to get to mr forrest.
now you are 7 hand shakes from the president of us.
you just have to put those 7 shakes in place.
your local member may have the ear of mr rudd and maybe he could ask mr forrest to ring me.
or you might have a person working in a fortesque mine and they may have a person that meets or reets mr forrest and ask him to chat with his staff to get him to ring me.
or you could be in perth and pop up to reception at

Grossrealisation old buddy old mate...where have you been hiding....it's been a long while now.

I've known you for a few years now...you became a friend..a mate..a mentor. Plenty of long conversations over the phone and skype. Organizing this that and everything else.

You don't answer your emails now and you have put your skype contact on invisible and also the msn to invisible. I suppose that is because you decided to rip me off and not come good with any of the promises you made along the way.

The last I heard from you I was counting on you to put 10k toward a property I had on contract Feb/2008. At the 11th hour I did not hear from you. "I will put the money in the bank", you said! Yeah right...which bank? I think you forgot to go!

You claim that you 'have a dream' to be the hero for vulnerable Australians. That's awesome we have a dreamer. In my experience you have done nothing but prey on the vulnerable with nothing more then promises to lure people to do things for you.

You talk about this that and everything else since I've know you but you have one quality you have missed out on being and that's honesty. Or an old Australian phrase of being a 'man of your word' and or following through on the things you say. Is there anything at all that you have said that your going to do or have done that you have actually done?

What happened to the 400 houses in Geraldton that you commissioned me to drive from one side of Australia to the other to research?

"Keep the food and petrol bills" you said. I assume this was because you regarded it as an employee. I have still got the petrol receipts all prepared in a tax petrol book. Of the travel from Broken Hill right the way across the Nullabour to Geraldton and staying in Geraldton for a month and a half then across the top end to Bundaberg.

You certainly we're not there to folk out the petrol cost when each time I had to fill up. I did it all at the promise I was going to be able to purchase a house in the end.

What happened to the big yacht that we we're supposed to sail from thousands of miles away to the Geraldton docks that you we're going to use as accommodation for employees, namely trades.

It was when you said to me that you had a Parrot that walks with you out in the garden on your shoulder that I new what you we're. A a-har...the penny dropped..."He's a pirate, He's a Pirate", I thought to myself.

Then there was all the web design and web site work you had me do plus helping with any technical advice.

After all my dealing with you I was left to think that you we're a snake in the grass...as cunning as they come. You had me waste my time and money on the promise that I would be involved in an investment. Chasing a carrot then in the end you came good with nothing.

What happened to the web site that you wanted for a so called huge real estate web site for Sydney that I was told to build for $20,000.

What happened to helping out with 10k which was going to help buy my first home. After many many months I finally just asked if I could have 10k a.t.t. to buy a house instead of the 50% in the three unit deal. I mean...criky i was asking for bugger all compared to what it was supposed to be.

What about this web site that you said I was going to make. It got half completed and then I heard nothing more.

Gee Gross maybe I'm wrong. How about you come clean and let us in on what it is your on about? Because at the moment i don't believe any of the BS you put in this post and people should be very carefully with any stated investments in here.

I think it's fine to have visions of grandeur and a dream and sometimes or maybe it's often things don't go ahead according to plan. But boldly ripping people off in the process is not on!

Come clean Gross make a public announcement. What are you going to do about your promises?

GR asked me via email if I'd like to invest in a hotel in the Pacific Islands that was seriously underpriced and a cert to make money. Think he mentioned it on the forum a few times, but nothing since.

Then there was some development that he had a builder for. The building company GR gave wasn't even registered for GST. Alarm bells+++

Has anyone seen any of GR's projects or schemes come to fruition?
Has anyone else been invited to invest in a GR scheme, privately of course?

Maybe this 'I have a dream' thread needs to be in caveat emptor.

GR, you are a clever guy with a lot of knowledge, it seems.
But if you aren't clever enough to avoid deception and lies, then you should hop on your bike and hightail it back to the UK and go back to fixing washing machines.

That would be the Vanuatu Hotel which also had a Casino come with it. That deal didn't go ahead. I know at the time Gross had asked me to phone a mate of mine that I grew up with that is the accountant for Crown Casino Melbourne to see if he wanted to do any acounting for the Casino but he was not interested. It also had a bank that came with it with 100's of Trusts in it.

and my position has not changed as I discussed with you last timeI understand that peole wish to move forward in life and I am all about assisting in that.
but as for supplying thing for free I am not into that market.
with regard to units in projects as is the case with the current I do assist people that wish to invest but they must wish to borrow from other investors to do that as was the case with your self except you wanted that to be for free and thats not going to happen.
with regards to the hotel it was sold to a hotel chain and if you read the post I think I posted it when it ws sold. and no you can't win them all.and yes it does have a casino licence with it.
and WinstonWolfe not sure about your calculator as the hotel sold for 50% of value and our offer was less then they purchased for so not sure where you get over priced from.
with regards to geralton jaffa you wished to do that deal and I gave the guy do it to you to discuss with him as we did not wish to get involved in it and I think a group over there did the deal.
as I said to you with regard to units taht if you wished to get involved in a project thats fine but you will be required to take a loan and that was not what you wished to do and thats fine by me.
it up to you if you want to invest or not but its very different to be given units unecumbent in a development as that not the case nor has it been the case in any project.
I did say as you infer that I would assist with your purchase but as you are well aware that I told you then and will tell you now that the assistance would be a loan and you did not wish that to be the case.
and so that won't happen.
with regards to the site it was your intention to use the site to expand to develop sites for my clients which I did recommend that they use your services and a couple did contact you but they decided not to go with you this was at the time you decided to do free website s long as you got a commisin and they were happy with that not sure if any continued as it was your business not mine.
you are not on my skype or msn as I told you the people I talk to or invest with are like mined investors and they would require that the person investing with them is going to invest in a business manner as I told you then and will tell you now that I leverage off property and banking utilities and they do require that you borrow.
so hiding sorry to say no.

you seen to think that a jv or anyform of jv( and for what its worth it was not a jv as I don't do jv but thas a different issue) never has nor would it have something for free.
thats not the way that business is done unless a charity and for what its worth the project of this post noone gets anything for free nor is there any grants involved.
as for man of his word
well that goes back to my last discussion with you and I said
that if you are not interested in investing into the property and you are not interested in taking a loan from one of my investors
that there is very little that I can help you with and wish the money for free and I told you then and will tell you now that that will not happen.
I assist where possible but only if in the form of loan.
and if this post is not comming clean as you call it I can't be more to the point.

WinstonWolfe sorry to sy I don't ask people to invest in my projects you must ask me first its a requirement of joining the group I vet each and every person that wishs to join so unless you have contatced me specific on a project then not sure how the email came to you
you could have asked to join a project and then I will reply and do to hell of a lot of emails.
I am at 3155 emails in my in box I just check and that is current right now
so a few may well get thru the cracks.
but if interested I check who the person is and will they be someone that will gel within a particular group and if I think so I will ask them to join if not then you will as in your case not asked not to but just is not put in the group and thats the way business is and for that hotel you were not in that group.
and for those that require ... ,,, put them in as required
