If you had between 500 to 600k to invest where would you invest it and why?

Just purchased duplexes on one title in Wynnum, Brisbane right near the bay for under $580k - so I guess that answers the question for us.

Like Brisbane's position in the cycle and thought Wynnum is nicely position near the airport, city and bay.

should have decent rental yields and good CG prospects. Also doesn't seem like it needs any work to be done either.

I would be looking for a house on 600m in that area, it would have to be unrenovated and looks like it is still achievable..just

I m no expert but that's how I would do it

This is good risk management for many, otherwise if buying 1 place I would consider a house on land suitable for dual occ/and or subdivision.
