Thanks for previous help. Am about to buy 2 more IP's for ~ $150,000 each with a return of 7.8% in Melbourne with what I believe is in a good capital gain area (has shown to be). My new problem is that I am out of equity. Wages are excellent but not so the equity. Any way around this without using my money or do I just have to hang on for awhile.

When you say "little equity" depends on what this means. Also depends on what you are buying etc.
