Just wondering what to do. Am thinking about buying inner Melb, however trying to decide what type of property. Would think most renters would be D.I.N.K's so they wouldnt really want/need a house on a reasonable size of land.
For this reason would spending say $700k on a 3 bed house be over capitalised and have a poorer rent return that say a two bed terrace style for $550k?
