I've been looking at properties for a short while now and am wondering if anyone has check lists for things they look at when inspecting a house.
I already have a list for things that I want in a house, rooms, size, bathrooms, land, etc etc.
What I was after is one that allows for other basics or things I have missed that might provide information on "obvious" signs the property is in bad shape etc.
Can anyone provide my with these or some things that look at when inspecting properties? I have seen some advertised for between $30 and about $200 but I figure that people would have there own or tell me which one to buy if that is the way to go....
