We had a malfunctioning dishwasher which flooded our two story house, top to tail, still leaking water from light fittings? my question is, when you make the claim is there professionals who can advise you in completing the claim so that you miss out on nothing that you are owed? Any other advice would be most welcome. Thanks in anticipation.

If you went through a broker, talk to them, or even get them to make the claim on your behalf.
