Anyone know any good insurance brokers in Adelaide?
I've got a couple of IP's that i have building insurance with RAA (Have a very competitive price with them as wife worked there and still receives their staff discount). I now what to just get land lord insurance, which RAA dont provide for some reason. They only provide landlord contents cover - they dont do any loss of rent cover.
I've contacted a couple of insurance places, and they dont do landlord insurance seperate to building. So thought a broker would be able to help.
