Love that Place is a social networking site for homes that are ‘not yet for sale’.
It’s a reversal of other real estate websites in that property owners can also register to see what other people think of their place (just to test the market), or they can receive a virtual door-knock from someone who seriously wants to buy their property. This lets potential owners and purchasers negotiate privately and potentially pay no commission - or they can choose to use the local real estate agent.
We’re encouraging people to register on the site and upload their own property photos before it goes live on 13th February 2008, and so we’re giving friends exclusive access to the “preview” version.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Go to www.lovethatplace.com.au
2. Type in the access key: friends
3. Upload your property photos or register your interest in properties - it*s really easy and lots of fun
Even if you're not thinking of buying or selling (yet), it's still OK to register. You can find out about the properties you love, as well as find out who else loves your property – confidentially and obligation free.
Can you also do us a huge favour and send this on to as many of your friends, family and contacts around Australia as possible.
