Interesting Sales Method by Agent

After 10 days of asking and finally receiving a contract on a property that we were very interested in, take a look at the email received the very next day from the agent:


"Well you got what you wanted. We expect that you will be in this afternoon to exchange contracts...as per the email yesterday, no point in inspecting ABC property as they are all the same and I have no time."

Interesting method for a property that has been on the market for 4 months now.
 
Sounds like someone isn't happy about their job! If I were the vendor, I'd want to know about emails like that.
 
LMFAO. Please tell me that the owners live in the house so that you can drop a copy of the email in their letterbox.
