Interior finishes questions
Hi Guys,
Would love your feedback on some material questions.
OK development is medium finish town houses, with an end sale price of around 925-950k.
1. I am thinking to go pressed edge tiles and not rectified as rectified I hear are very expensive to lay and wont necessarily increase perceived value. opinions?
2. I was thinking to go granite benches for kitchen and laminate for laundry. Kitchen needs to look nice and laundry isn't that essential..that's my thinking. Any opinions? Or 2 pac? My designer said she has some great Polytec products that look like 2 pac without the cost, anyone used that before?
3. Thinking of tiling the house everywhere except for the bedrooms, going carpet. I was initially thinking of tiling the whole place but she pointed out that because I'm renting it out probably better to put carpet in bedrooms, also looks warmer and cheaper overall.
Any feedback on all that would be greatly appreciated!
