IP in Bayswater, Ringwood East, Heathmont

Hi there

I am looking at securing a house as IP and hold it for long term in these suburbs which are along the Lilydale and Belgrave Line - Bayswater, Ringwood East, Heathmont as my budget is $500K so I'll be looking at areas around 25-30kms radius

Any advise on the good & bad pockets of these suburbs? Thanks!

I looked into Ring East/Heathmont about 2-3 years ago, but purchased PPOR instead. Long story there....

Ring East - near Maroondah Hospital, Tintern, Aquinas or not far from the station.

Heathmont - I liked near Aquinas and the Southern side of of Canterbury Rd. I didn't like Hume, Heathwood, that are running off Canterbury - much older homes on some sloping blocks

Have I said Maroondah Hospital, Aquinas and Tintern yet??

Wasn't a fan of Bayswater, but you tend to get better bang for your buck there. Nth Bayswater is newer. Keep away from the Hamilton Rd area.....

Socio economic? Heathmont, East Ringwood, Bayswater in that order
