IP in Hobart: Tips on local conveyancers and PMs

Hi,

We are looking at a first time IP purchase in Hobart.

As we don't know the area, could anybody recommend good conveyancers and/or PMs for properties in the Mount Nelson/Sandy Bay area?

(We have seen the recommendation for Chris Andrews as a PM made in these forums last year, but haven't found much else recent in our searches on this site).

Any tips would be gratefully received.
