IP in Oakleigh

What do members think about Oakleigh for a 4-bedroom renovated family home IP? My gut feel is it's a suburb with good infrastructure, is near Chadstone Shopping Centre, Monash University is close by, and the local shopping centre is showing strong signs of revival, ie new cafes, etc. All responses most appreciated!

Note: We don't have any IP's in Melbourne or suburbs; (investing in regional cities).

I like Oakleigh central and parts of Oakleigh south
(have ip in Oakleigh south have had no issues with tenants yet)
I think even though prices have risen lately still have room
for improvement.
I like the area between
the Railway station,Warigal rd,North rd and golf links rd.
Also next suburb Hughesdale especially
from pocket from Hughesdale railway station toward Dandenong Rd
Also with Oakleigh not only has the rail line BUT the Bus service is
also very good to Chadstone shoping centre and most other suburbs.
