Any thoughts on IP's in Bathurst?
I have heard they have lost of industry and other avenues for employment there eg:
Are there any others?
It wasnt mentioned in the Sydney Telegraph's NSW Property Guide for 2007 in terms of regional areas expecting cg over next few years.
I have been told that they had a boom about 2 years ago and have 6 yr cycles. Cg is expected in about 3-4 yrs.
I have also been told that Bathurst cycles are affected by Sydney cycles - "When Sydney coughs, Bathurst gets a cold"! Is this true?
