Iron Ore in free fall - Perth property next!

Fair enough. Must have been looking at something else.
The image has been changed. He can change the image being displayed (which will also change in our quotes) by putting a replacement up on the photobucket account where he is hosting.

Just the usual trolling from Shadow :)

anyone been looking at Geraldton? prices would presumably be in a lull whilst they get Oakajee up and happening in a few years - could be an interesting one to have a look at?

I thought Oakajee was well and truly dead? No?

Barnett said on the radio this morning that it was well and truly a goer - state will do the port, chinese will do the rail. 2 to 3 years off tho. as he rightly said it was never going to work with the Japanese in there, they can't even say good morning to each other

What do you think has changed? The image is the same as it has always been. Obsessed much? Derailing the thread much?

Asking rents have been falling for some time:

Asking prices look like they are peaking:

ABS has also reported the first price fall in their index since September 2011:

Risk of an apartment glut over the next couple of years:

I suspect this cyclical price growth spurt for Perth prices is over.

On a positive note, we've a property that is now looking for a new tenant and have had 24 applications upon initial listing

That is extraordinary, what area??? Can you put the rent up and have some type of Dutch auction, highest bid gets the property;)
