I dont think anyone can accurately predict how Frankston will go. But looking at he past 5 years shows pretty average capital growth.
Has anything changed in Frankston to make people predict a boom is coming? Or is it more a hope that they will catch up with other Melbourne suburbs eventually?
Those one horse towns appear to have performed better than Frankston over the past 5 years.
But that doesn't mean I would rush out to buy in any of these areas.
