Is the $900 cash handout based on gross income or net income ? It's starting to look like I missed out, so Its looking like it might be based on gross income, I suspect due to paying capital gains tax last financial year which pushed my gross income over $100k.

I only received mine this week.

Got mine today (return lodged end April 09). Hubby missed out due to capital gains added - hence the late lodgment.
