Is there ANY good PM's in Ipswich?

Can anyone recommend a good property manager in Ipswich? In 6years of it being a rental, the rent role has changed hands 5 times. The current managers are by far the worst which has resulted in a bad outcome for the property and tenants. I'm at the end of my tether with fighting with the PM, so I'm on the hunt for a new manager.

Am I looking for something that doesn't exist or are there great PM's out there in Ipswich?
