I am thinking of buying a IP in Queensland.
Does anyone know a good solicitor ?

I have use KA Taylor in Stanley St EastBrisbane for quite a few purchases.

They are a small firm. Whenever I call even the receptionist remembers who I am and asks about the family etc. They have people who do conveyancing fulltime.

I use Giovanni Porta of Porta Lawyers. He is a property and conveyancing expert. Whilst there may be cheaper lawyers around, he gives good value for money and service.

Incidentally he also writes the legal column in API Magazine.

If you use him, tell him Nigel W recommended him...I think he owes me a beer
