Missed another awesome opportunity because i waited to long even no that "too long" was 3 hours from being listed on domain. This has happened a few times to me now and shows how strong the market is in Newcastle.

Anyway have learnt a valuable lesson and will be in touch with a few real estate agents to get my name in first when another good opportunity comes up.

And as they say the best deal happens everyday
