I am looking into a joint venture or partnership with 2 others to do some small renos/developments. I have a HDT with corp trustee and plan to use that for my side of the JV. Does anyone have experience in setting these up and advice on how to do it, specifically
- what is the best structure for management and ownership of IP
- how to distribute income and make payments
- is there some templates for an agreement
- do I need a legal arrangement/company structure
I hope you can help because I have no idea how to set it up but would like to do it this way to reduce risk and financial commitment.
