Is there a place in Melbourne that has budget priced kitchens?

depends what you mean by "budget".

I bought mine from IKEA, cost me $5K, would have been easy over $10K if custom & installed. It was annoying installing it tho. There are other flat pack kitchen people on the net too.

I'm pretty sure they ship interstate.

You measure up, they box it up and send for you to install.

Prices are good - so is the quality. We've ordered them for our last two IPs and couldn't be happier.
