Hi All,

Just recently found an interesting link from Sunrise show (back in April), with host Kochie.

To sum up, this lady purchased 20 properties within 2 years.
She held $4m debt, with her portfolio worth $6m (around LVR 66%).

Lots of interesting comments about this (mostly against), and I just want to share with my fellow SS.
