Landmark Estate Dubai has charged me AED 2000 for my tenancy renewal that is illegal in Dubai, I found out. It's also against RERA rules. I am now facing difficulty in obtaining refund from Landmark and my communication is not being answered either. All watch out! if they deal with this agent.
