An administrator called Sim'
Attempted (in vain) to write rhyme
His attempts were prolific
but don't rate as terrific
He really should quit and save time :)

I love coming here to this place
where there's many a friendly face
we all chat and learn
the late night oil we burn
and plot to get out of the race

Nope I didn't compose it. It's considered one of the world's best limmericks and it relates to Real Estate

It's written by Gelett Burgess and published in 1901.
