Loan to Valuation Ratio

I notice a lot of people on the forum refer to their LVR. I am curious whether in this formula they include their PPOR or just their rental properties? I mean, my LVR if I just include my investment property is 85%, if I then lob in my PPOR it reduces to 78%.

Yep, add total values and loans see what the total Portfolo Loan to valuation ratio is.

try and avoid the cross collateralisation though
