Hey guys,
I'm looking at buying a place that sits two doors away from a Panthers club and was wondering if any of you owned property is such a location. I'm aware light from the venue will be an issue and have a plan to combat that, also noise levels will be higher than normal.
A family member raised concerns over drunk passerbys, being sick in your yard. Thoughts? I am thinking that its an older crowed that attend the venue as the yonger crowed can easily access the local, trendier pubs and nightclubs.
The venues main access is from a different road on the other side. There is however a footpath leading in to the cul de sac street I'm looking at buying into. The street itself is a lovely street with mid 50s dwellings and many of the original owners still have lovely rose bush gardens in unfenced front yards. Am I wrong to think this is positive stuff?
Hoping to talk with the neighbours at the weekend but keen to hear your thoughts.
Cheers
Greg
