Look what I have in my backyard.

I have something in my backyard you haven't got. :D
The council is installing underground power and water to the new subdivisions and it runs right along my back fence.
We have delayed getting the back fence re-erected incase that big heebyjeeb thing bumps it.

Brenda,

I thought I told you earlier - go to the beach house!:D

That must be fun listening to each day. I suppose you could make sure they don't accidentially demolish your house if they are that close - whew!

Seriously - go to the beach house.

Looks nice and green anyway. Aren't you lot whinging about not enough rain? I think it's going to get greener. Wet summer on the way for southern QLD and northern NSW, and about time too.

So you blokes are out of town a bit on acreage? What's that in the distance to the right? Some plastic greenhouses? What are they growing in them? I bet the dirt your on has gone up a bit in value?

Nice looking CAT.

See ya's.

Funny Brenda; hole-stop-digging-excavator!

Gotchya something, it's a lotta fun....multi function-way cool-front end loader-jcb-telescopic-telehandler.

It does everything!!

You can fence with it, (I've been pulling out posts), you can stack hay! cart loam into stables and then drag it over smooth with the bucket, shift stuff around, cart hay to stock..dig holes, clean out the grain sheds, rip rabbit warrens (I don't do that, it's a little specialised and for way more experienced), it just does everything! Left hand fwd and reverse, right hand operate the bucket (up and down)...itsa little hummer, not real big but clever and very very strong.

Can reccommend for anyone (this one is secondhand) but brand new up to around the $140,000 ish well worth every cent.:)

I can take or leave much of the machinery here, but this little baby has won my heart:

I'm not going to put up my effort stacking hay, it's a little embarrassing, but I'm getting better and haven't smashed a bale yet.:p

It likes me too, I can tell.

Two of my dogs found a hole in the temp fence the other day and got out. I don't know who got the biggest fright, the dogs or the council workers they slipped in behind to give a closeup woofing to.

I have a new heebejeeb in my backyard now.
They finished installing the sewerage and a manhole and now further out they are putting in water pipes.
I think this photo has a man in the hole, maybe its a manhole? :D
