I have had a terrrible run recently with Choice Homes, so I would NOT reccommend them!

I have had an excellent run with Kerdic Homes (http://www.kerdichomes.com.au). I'm sure they do most areas of Brisbane, but not the Gold Coast. Our PPOR is almost complete, and I've had very little dramas.

try www.tamawood.com.au they're the cheapest and largest builder in brisbane and have a number of townhouse designs to choose from.

I am looking to build granny flat or extension of my current house at Salisbury east. I thinking about build two to three bedroom granny flat since I have big block of land at the back of current house.

Not sure about the price, time to take of this small project. That’s why asking you guys to recommend any reliable builder to get a quote 

maybe the first step is to have the plans draw up,and test the BCC
if the plans can be passed.
Then run a simple add in the Courier Mail sat paper in the Tenders and quotes section,have the builders price the total,or subby the trades out yourself, but start with a workable plan.
