Good, honest, reasonably priced builder in Brisbane?

Can anyone recommend a good, honest and reasonably priced builder in Brisbane. What i'm looking at is aturnkey lowset or highset house on a narrow block in the Wynnum-Manly area. I need someone trustworthy as i'm in Melbourne, and need something that can run on track to completion without any surprises.

Who is going to look after your best interest while the build is happening? There will be surprises, always is.

I have heard good things about Bold builders. I have not used them myself
