as you may know I'm trying to change my PM . I'm just wondering if any one knows a good PM in Miranda/Sutherland Shire ,NSW ?

I have been very happy with their service since dealing with them for the past few years.

Just rented a property in Miranda a couple of months ago.
They appraised it at $580, which was a little conservative I think.
I asked for $620.
Within 4 days had 5 qualifying tenants who had submitted applications.
The property was occupied in just over 1 week from engaging Newton as the PM.

Raine & Horne

Has anyone tried Raine & Horne at Miranda ?

they offering 5.5% flat rate with no other fees at the moment. I did a search , they look all right.

just to scared to pick any one at the moment !!

Why don't you just go with one of the recommendations given to you in this thread, as your initial request?

Are you more interested in the fees charged, or quality of service?

This property just came onto the market for rent again.
1st open inspection today, still with Newton's.
13 groups through with 10 applications handed out.
That's with an increase in rent from $630 to $650, which I wasn't expecting at all.
This combination of good location and good agent has made this investment a winner and expect to hold it very long term.
Never vacant and always attracting a premium rental return.

Highly recommend Newtons for anybody in this area.
They even got me more than 10k over asking price when I sold my PPOR about 18 months ago before the Sydney market started moving.

I don't know if this is any consolation, I recently caught up with the principal at a school reunion. As an outside observation he seems to have a great systems in place and a strong team culture with his staff.
