we are looking for a good property investment accountant in Adelaide. Who really knows their stuff regarding trust structures.

As per OP also haven't found a local accountant in Adelaide with good knowledge on property investment. But have had breif emails in which Paul provided excellent information.

In this day and age no one really needs to see an accountant face 2 face.

I would suggest shooting him an email.

Very good point, unless you like to sit down for meetings and nut out indepth scenarios, your accountant can be on the other end of the country without too many issues.
