Looking to invest in the Sunshine Coast

Looking to purchase our first investment property in or around the Sunshine Coast. Looking at areas like Noosaville, Tewantin or Mount Coolum/ Coolum Beach. Something around the $500K mark

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated

There are already a lot of posts about the Sunshine Coast on the forum. If you use the search facilities on the forum you'll find a few. It seems like every other week someone starts a new post about it. Might give you some insight into your areas of interest and you might want to add to the existing post. I have a brother that's interested in the sunny coast as well so I like to pass on any good info shared. Good luck!
