Demographic change probably more appropriate, as the fallout would drift into 3198 & 3199 if a 1950's a-bomb was used.

I'm surprised Redbank Plains is not on the list. She's been going on about it for the last year or so and now suddenly no mention of it before it's had a chance to show some growth. Same with Davoren Park in SA.

Seaford Vic already is pretty expensive. A good 3 bedders is 430+ that's beachside too.

We were looking in this area a couple of months ago, until now, there are already significant improvement

I agree with all of these suburbs.

Looking at data from different sources (obviously different results from different sources)

Port Noarlunga 0-4%
Reynella 3-5%
Woodcroft 3-5%
Campbelltown 2-6%
Modbury 5-7% (this is where I work)

Throw ontop of these a 5%+ yield and most would have future development potential.
