At the show in Sydney she said with the overheated western suburbs in Sydney, you could expect to see demand spill over into the central and south coasts thus starting to drive those markets up.
I would have thought the demographics between those on the coast and those in the west would be quite different - thus not really driving their respective growth!
No El Jannah's chicken near the beach, and no totes amazeballs surf out west. That's not to say the coast won't increase due to other demand drivers though.
