marian street enmore

Looking at a property to purchase in Enmore. I don't live in Sydney but wondering where main flight paths are in relation to Marian street? They appear to be slightly to the west of here.
Also how does this area compare with Newtown North which I am slightly familiar with?

Looks like Marian St is right under a flight path..

 

[Cashflow]

Marian Street is in a good part of Enmore close to the theatre.

Newtown North is more desirable (to some) but will be more expensive to purchase but may return higher rents.

Have owned properties in both Enmore and Newtown south and did well with both capital growth and rent returns.

Thanks for replies. I finished up buying two terraces at the end of last year - Forrest Lodge & Alexandria. Enmore property would have been OK but I was still researching prices.
