I remember seeing a thread on an advertising method to get onto realestate.com.au by paying a realestate company some monies so they can list you on. I saw the thread some months ago but cant locate it. Is anybody out there remember it?

Marketing agents

There are many of them and growing in numbers, seems a good way for private owners to market their property whilst maintaining control of the managment and tenant selection.

This is certainly my style and I have just purchased another property and about to market once again.

I found Investor Mentor to be successful and suit my needs, maybe I keep the ladys name, but maybe if you pm me I can supply a number. Or just use google.

Another friend has used them and found it to be a success and also a work acquaintance has used Landlords choice who where also helpful.
