Does anyone know what the market is like in Marsden Park, NSW? I just read that the NSW government has just rezoned it and will become the largest industrial park in Sydney. I'm interested to hear people's thoughts on the area and surrounding suburbs as potential investment.

I feel its a way off, and speculative, I bought for a punt at an educated guess, I prefer cashflow from dwellings and quiet often cringe at land.
Horses for corses and guess there will be many people making money from it over the years, just a matter of how you will make yours from it.

I think maybe the land across the road from your land you were referring to might be the new Football NSW site.
