Medium density zoning NSW

Hi All,

The area we live in has recently been converted to Medium Density.
We own a Semi on 350 SQM.
Would it be unreasonable to try converting the semi into flats?
I understand that the height restriction is 11 metres so maybe 3 levels, one flat per level or maybe even another at the back?

Its 350sqm but very narrow and long land, approx 7m by 50m

Any advice would be appreciated.

There will be minimum lot size requirements for medium density contained in the LEP - this generally means the amalgamation of several blocks are necessary to achieve the required setbacks from boundaries, minimise overshadowing etc.
